Cancellation Policy

At Canyon Mobile Detailing, we value your time and strive to provide the most reliable and convenient mobile car care service possible. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. Appointments & Availability All appointments are scheduled online or via text confirmation. Services are available by appointment only — we do not accept walk-ins. Appointment times may vary slightly depending on traffic and previous job duration. We’ll always communicate promptly if there’s any delay. Deposits A $25 deposit may be required to confirm your booking. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. Repeated cancellations or reschedules may require pre-payment for future appointments. Service Requirements Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible area (driveway or private lot). For mobile appointments, we require access to water and power unless otherwise arranged. Excessive pet hair, stains, or neglected interiors may require additional service time or fees. We do not work in unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, or extreme heat). In such cases, we’ll reschedule your appointment at no charge. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments (via link or QR code). Gratuities are appreciated but never required. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you notice any area that needs additional attention, please contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we’ll make it right.
